your appointment, please notify us immediately. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late,
we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply. This policy is in place to respect
everyone’s time and ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients.

Our cancellation policy is designed to help us manage our schedule and accommodate clients on our
waiting list. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations
made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged
100% of the service fee.

We recommend booking a deep conditioning treatment or trim immediately following your takedown to

Absolutely! If you’d like to get your hair styled immediately after the takedown, we encourage you to
book the desired styling service along with the takedown. This allows us to allocate enough time to meet

additional fee may apply for these appointments, depending on our schedule.
